Solving problems.
On your turf.

CapX Sports Medicine is a mobile, one-on-one sports medicine and physical therapy practice, catering to people who want more out of their training or rehab.

Frustrated with your current progress? Feel lost in a chaotic therapy setting? Questioning high copays steeped with inattention from staff?

Here’s how it works at CapX Sports Medicine

  • We talk, determine if your situation will resolve with my guidance. It’s a free consult, I won’t waste your time or money if I cannot help.

  • We book an appointment on your turf, take the time to visually understand the issue(s).

  • I determine a new direction, show you how and what to do, estimate how long it will take, and the expected results.

My clients won’t feel boxed in, pressured, or contracted. You're free to move forward with or without me. I’m right by your side or peripheral, whatever works best for you and the situation.

Why CapX Exists

Outpatient facilities are busy by design. High volume. Limited attention. Minimal creativity.

My work is the opposite.

I work one-on-one, as a unit with my clients. No assistants. No hand-offs. No generic programming. Every session is shaped around the individual in front of me, their history, and their goals.

I don’t get caught up in rigid formulas. I create and adapt exercises based on how your body responds. When that happens, progress feels intuitive - and sustainable.

About Christian Caputo, DPT

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and have practiced in a wide range of clinical settings since graduating in 2016.

I’m also a husband, father of four little athletes, a baseball and basketball coach for my children, a recreational boxer, and lover of all-things exercise. With such a full life, I don’t have time for being benched due to injury. Neither do you
